Every Laddu Project order is prepared fresh only after it is placed, then shipped across India with care. This page explains how long preparation takes, when to expect delivery, and how we handle the rare occasions when something isn't right.
Because nothing is pre-made or stocked, each order is handcrafted after your order is confirmed. Preparation takes 3–4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Methi Laddu is prepared over 7–9 business days, owing to its week-long traditional soaking. These timelines are for preparation only and do not include transit (see the delivery chart below).
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once it leaves our kitchen.

Every order includes a tracking number, sent by SMS or WhatsApp, or email. You can also view your tracking status under My Orders on our website.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to you; reshipping may involve an additional charge.
We pack every box with care, but if something isn't right, we will make it right. If your order arrives with damaged packaging, or with items missing or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email info@ladduproject.com with your order ID and a photo and short video, and we will resolve it quickly.
If your PIN code is not currently serviceable, we will notify you after your order is placed and issue a full refund immediately.

लड्डू प्रोजेक्टच्या संचालिका सौ. मीनल अनिरुद्ध देशपांडे यांच्या नविन व अत्यावश्यक उपक्रमाबद्दल मनःपूर्वक अभिनंदन. डिंकाचे लाडू बहुतेकांकडे केले जातात, पण तुमच्या लाडूची टेस्ट आणि पौष्टिकता खातांना लक्षात आली. लाडूचे पॅकिंग आणि बांधणी एकदम उत्तम. लाडू खावेसे वाटत होते पण पॅकिंग फोडावेसे वाटत नव्हते. सर्व लाडू एकसारखे आणि साच्यातून काढल्यासारखे वाटत होते. ज्येष्ठ नागरिकांसाठी तुमचे लाडू उपयुक्त ठरतील यात शंकाच नाही. लड्डू प्रोजेक्ट द्वारा निर्मित इतरही लाडूंचे प्रकार पहावे असे वाटते आहे. लड्डू प्रोजेक्टच्या भविष्यातील वाटचाली साठी हार्दिक शुभेच्छा !!
