Return & Refund Policy

We take great care to deliver fresh, handcrafted laddus in perfect condition. On the rare occasion that something isn't right, we will make it right. This page explains when a refund or replacement applies, how it is processed, and how to reach us.

Returns

Because our laddus are freshly made and perishable, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped or delivered. Every batch is prepared after your order is placed and packed under strict hygiene and quality controls, so it reaches you exactly as intended.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer a full or partial refund, or a replacement, in the following cases:

Damaged or spoiled on arrival. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging, the laddus inside, and your invoice or order ID, along with a short video.

Missing items. If anything is missing from your order, we will issue a refund or send a replacement promptly.

Incorrect order. If you receive the wrong variant or product, let us know and we will correct it.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, or any time before it is marked as shipped. Once preparation has begun and the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) within 5–7 business days. In some cases we may offer store credit or a replacement instead.

When a Refund Cannot Be Offered

A refund or replacement will not apply if:

  • The product has been consumed and then reported as defective.
  • Delivery was unsuccessful because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • The issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
  • The request is based on taste preference. Our laddus are made fresh and sweetened only with dates and jaggery, so their flavour is naturally different from mass-produced sweets.
