At Laddu Project, your happiness and health are our top priorities. We take great care in delivering fresh, nutritious laddus to your doorstep. However, if something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help.

❌ Returns – What You Should Know

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been shipped or delivered.

We maintain strict hygiene, packaging, and quality controls to ensure your homemade healthy laddus reach you in perfect condition.

✅ Refunds – When Will You Receive One?

We offer full or partial refunds in the following cases:

1. Damaged Products:
 If your laddus are delivered damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The inner product
  • Invoice or order ID

Also attach a video of the same.

2. Missing Items:
 If something is missing from your laddu box, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement immediately.

3. Incorrect Products Delivered:
Got the wrong flavor or product? Let us know and we’ll make it right.

4. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch):
 You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it’s marked as shipped. After that, it cannot be canceled or modified.

💰 How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or a free replacement instead.

⚠️ No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • The product is consumed and then reported as defective
  • The delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrect address
  • You report issues after 24 hours of receiving the order
  • You simply don’t like the taste (our laddus are made fresh and naturally sweetened, and may differ from processed sweets)
