🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All orders for our healthy laddus are processed within 3-4 business days (except Methi Seeds Laddu which is shipped after 7-9 days from order confirmation), after order confirmation excluding Sundays and public holidays. This excludes transit period. For transit period refer below chart.
  • Once you place your order, you'll receive:
    • An order confirmation email
    • A shipping notification with tracking details  after your order is shipped

🏠 Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

To ensure smooth home delivery of laddus:

  • Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address, we’ll contact you. Reshipping may involve an extra charge.

🧾 Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Item?

We pack every box with care, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Contact us within 24 hours with a photo & video if:

  • You receive damaged packaging
  • Items are missing or incorrect

📍 Non-Serviceable Areas

If your PIN Code is not currently serviceable for natural snack delivery, we’ll notify you after order placement and issue a full refund immediately.
